Social Posts

Facebook

  1. The first post I would share would be a game recap video of the Rangers vs. Capitals on Thursday. I would share all 5 goals from Mika Zibanejad in part with the recap.
  2. I would make a graphic to post on Facebook so it could be shared on different users news feeds so they can see the five goals from Zibanejad and see the Rangers win.
  3. I would also make a Facebook status giving a quick summary of the overtime nail biter.

Snapchat

  1. My first post on Snapchat would be a video snippet of all the goals from the game. Each snapchat post would be a video from the night.
  2. I also would post a quick video interview with a player from either team on Snapchat.
  3. I would also try to snap pictures from during the game to post on my story.

Instagram

  1. On Instagram, I would post on my story immediate clips from the game that highlighted the important parts. Big saves. Game winning goal. Breakaways. Things like that.
  2. On my actual Instagram feed, I would post pictures like the Rangers do. I would post a picture of the player who scored and my caption would be who scored, how they scored, and the time of the goal. This would keep my Instagram followers who are not watching the game live, updated.
  3. I would also post a video clip on Instagram that is edited in a cool way to give a quick recap.

Twitter

  1. On Twitter I would post tweets to give updates to my followers during the game. I would hashtag #NYRANGERS and #CAPITALS so fans could keep up.
  2. I would also livestream part of the game since Twitter allows a livestream feature.
  3. I could also use Twitter to post pictures live from the game I’m covering. I could get behind the net and try and catch some action in front of the net or possibly a goal.
